"Homage to Kin-Dza-Dza / Homo Novus I" - The Future Is Now is a project that explores the problems in environmental and social issues in a pre-apocalyptic world. The project highlights the need for change in how we live, and the need to take action now to save our planet and ourselves from further destruction. The project features artworks that depict the harsh realities of the post-apocalyptic world and the hope that lies in taking action to make a difference. The artworks are intended to shock and awe viewers and inspire them to make changes in their own lives. "Homage To Kin-Dza-Dza / The Future Is Now" & " Homo Novus I" is a powerful and thought-provoking project that is sure to leave a lasting impression on all who see them and hopefully, spur them to action to make the world a better place for all.
The project was created by artists from Estonia, Lithuania, and Georgia who were brought together by the need to address the urgent issues of our time. The artists are from diverse backgrounds and cultures, but all share a common concern for the state of the world and a desire to make a difference. The project's artworks are created in various mediums, including music, photography, sculpture, installation, and Augmented Reality & Artificial intelligence. Each artist has brought a unique perspective to the project, and together, they have created a powerful and moving collection of artworks that is sure to inspire change.
In the post-apocalyptic world of "The Future Is Now", the remnants of humanity have banded together in small groups, each fighting for survival in a hostile world. The land is littered with the ruins of civilization, and the skies are dark with the ashes of the past. But amidst the darkness, there is hope. The survivors have banded together and are using their knowledge and skills to rebuild the world. They are using the resources of the past to create a new future, they become the new pieces of the Homo Novus.
“Homage to Kin-Dza Dza / The Future Is Now” is a collaboration project of different medium artists as photo artist & curator Temuri Khvingia, performance and sound artist Erik Alalooga from Estonia, Ar & Ai artist & inventor Gleb Divov from Lithuania and Techno musician & composer Marsieli Somali From Georgia. The project is curated and brought to life by Temuri Khvingia / OKAPI gallery from Tallinn, Estonia.
