VERANDA wine glass series
In spring, when the sun is higher in the sky, the veranda is a most suitable place for enjoying the first rays of the sun, read a good book, listen to music, converse with friends and enjoy good wine.
Stained glass was often used in veranda windows. The play of colors is associated with a veranda especially because of the abundance of sunlight. Polished and cut glass placed in the sunbeam casts around it spectral spots of light.
The design of the glasses is inspired by the way the sun fills a porch and the legacy of Johannes Lorup´s glass factory
Veranda” is a set of handmade red and white wine glasses, champagne, and shot glasses.
