GLITCH was born from a collaboration between
two Estonian glass artists – Rait Lõhmus and Maarja Mäemets.
The series of glass necklaces are born from one mother form
and then turned into a variety of unique design pieces. That's also
what the name glitch refers to – every piece is like an error in a
structured system.
The material used is 100% recycled trash glass – a leftover, a thrown-away artwork, a broken wine glass etc.
GLITCH series shows the diversity of working with glass.
